So, of course, I was going to make a bunch of amigurumi fruit and veggies. The potential for adorable was just too high to ignore. 🤣
And to keep things interesting, I designed all of the patterns myself. I could’ve found great amigurumi fruit and veggie patterns online, but I learn better while doing, and I’m super excited about the experience I gained during this process.

















In this post, I want to share how I make two sizes of crochet balls. I used this pattern to make an orange and some peas, but it could be adapted to create an array of other amigurumi critters! Besides, a ball is one of the most beginner-friendly shapes to crochet, and it’s the best place to start learning, IMO.

Small Amigurumi Ball Pattern
