Why, hello!

Lookie here, we have a brand spanking new website, with a new host! No more struggling to get blog posts live! No more pulling out hair because of limited social media options! And you can finally follow the blog again! Yeehaa!

Migrating to this website was a big job, but I’m glad it’s done. All of this could have been avoided if I hadn’t been so lazy. Sorry. Drag and drop looked so much more fun than coding. 😛

You may also notice the comments and likes on previous posts are gone. This is because my previous provider doesn’t support blogs being exported from them and imported into other service providers. I had to copy and paste every blog into the new website. So, if there’s a post you particularly like, please be a dear and share it again. 🙂

OK, logistics.

The menu / navbar used to be under the logo, but it has moved to the very top of the page. The items are the same, though every page has been updated.

If you scroll to the very bottom of the page, it looks like this. The biggest complaint since moving from The Couch has been that the email notifications of new posts were gone, so I’m glad to report that it’s finally back.

If you find any bugs, typos or whatever, please drop me a line.

Anyway, that’s about it. Thank you for sticking with me through all of the madness.

Have an awesome weekend!

Yolandie

  1. Hi, Glad you are up and running. Now do not put the “tekkies” away, but keep them handy as the fitness classes is round the corner. Remember not too much ginger nut cookies and melting moments and floating “marshies” in hot chocolate drinks otherwise all that running will have no effect at all.

Lekker vakansie wat voorle vir julle. Mag die Here julle seen.
